From time to time, you may purchase a product that doesn’t suit you or simply doesn’t fit. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchased item, you can return your order to us for a full refund.
All returns postage charges are customer’s liability.
15 day Return policy on all Garments and Accessories
To return your product and obtain a refund, please follow these simple steps:
- In case you wish to return your purchased product for a refund or an exchange, please mail us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your item Name and order number. We will get back to you with information regarding the returns process and returns address.
- Place the purchased order you wish to return in the original box it arrived in with all the tags and packaging material intact. Please note that the product must be in undamaged condition for you to be able to return it.
- Please note that if the Monti Cosmetics hang tag is removed, the product will not remain eligible for return or exchange. Therefore, please remove it only when you are sure that you want to keep the purchased item.
- Once we receive the returned product from you, we’ll send you an acknowledgment email. Our Returns team will then inspect the item to ensure that it is not damaged in any way and whether the Monti Cosmetics hang tag is intact.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected by the inspection team, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 working days. Due to the processing procedures of credit card companies please allow an extra 2-10 days for the refund to appear on your credit card or PayPal account.
On rare occasions, we may decline to offer a refund, even if it’s within the returns timeframe.
- All returning items must be returned unmarked, without signs of wear and/or tear AND in their original, unspoiled packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
- Returns will be declined if the Monti Cosmetics hang tag has been removed or damaged.
- Returns may also be declined if the returned product is damaged by someone other than a Monti Cosmetics team member.
If this is the case, we’ll notify you that a refund has been declined and we’ll return the product to you.
